Using a single semi-mold and ultra-high-pressure precision forming, Flexform™ achieves a 90% reduction in mold costs and a 50% shorter lead time compared to traditional stamping. It's particularly suited for complex parts in aerospace and automotive manufacturing, capable of producing up to 120 parts per hour and ensuring high surface quality and structural strength. The technology has already found strong interest in China, with over 25 systems deployed.
