Production Line
Our factory is located in GuangDong China,with a team of over 100 professionals and a 2,000 square meters production workshop. Additionally, we have a partner factory in Dongguan.
Our equipment includes:
- CNC: 40+ sets
- Turning&Milling Center: 10+ sets
- Grinding Machine: 2 sets
- Wire Cutting: 2 sets
- High Speed Punch machine: 3 sets
- Bending machine: 3 sets
- Welding machine: 3 sets
- CMM: 1 set
- Height Gauge: 1 set
- Projector: 1 set
- Altimeter: 1 set and etc.
From the materials back, every process is strictly controlled. Although most of the equipment is now automated, the demand for self-discipline has always been high. Quality, delivery time, and service are our greatest rewards to customers.
Each product should be tested at least 4 times before shipment:
- Once during the production process
- Once before surface treatment
- Once after surface treatment
- Once before shipment
Also, to ensure the parts are safe during shipment, we usually use bubble bag, pearl cotton, paper jam, tape, carton box and wooden carton based on parts material and size. Your request will be the first choice. 7 ~ 30 days is the normally delivery time unless special demand.
