Since Q3 2025, the hardware industry has witnessed a dual trend of intelligentization and green development. Leading enterprises have accelerated the deployment of industrial robot integration applications; a top-tier company launched an intelligent lock production line with an automation rate increased to 92%, driving a year-on-year profit margin growth of 3.2 percentage points. On the raw material front, the utilization rate of recycled aluminum in hardware accessories has exceeded 45%, an 8% year-on-year increase, and a number of enterprises have obtained EU EPD environmental certification to expand overseas markets. Cross-border e-commerce channels have performed remarkably well: from January to September, the online export volume of hardware products surged by 27% year on year, with categories such as intelligent toolboxes and special fasteners for new energy vehicles registering a growth rate of over 40%.
